The Community Church is supported both by active church participants as well as individuals and families who believe in and seek to encourage the ministry we provide. Many participate in the Annual Fund, which is a four-week long drive held each fall to gain through gifts and pledges the financial support we need for the following calendar year. In short, our philosophy is to provide the information people need so they may make a thoughtful and prayerful decision regarding their financial participation in our ministry. As an independent church, we receive no support from other religious bodies, nor do we pay taxes or per capita fees to outside groups as do denominational churches.
The financial life of our church is guided by our Board of Directors, and our books are managed by a local CPA firm.
